Ready-Made / Non-Customized Products
Orders for ready-made or non-customized products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Customized / Personalized Products
Orders for customized or personalized products (including printed T-shirts, mugs, gifts, and other made-to-order items) cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started, as these products are created specifically for you.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times.
