Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

*To be eligible for a return:*
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. The item must be returned with its original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your bank or card provider.
3. Reach out to us for assistance.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale, clearance event, or with special discounts are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for items that are:
1. Damaged during delivery
2. Defective
3. Incorrectly supplied
4. Size misfit

If you receive any of the above, please email us at contact@twohares.in with:

* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product

After verification, we will arrange a replacement.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit for the value of the returned item.

If the gift order was shipped to the purchaser first, any refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

We will try to arrange a return pickup through our shipping partner whenever possible.

If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to ship the item to our return address.

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-misfit product, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
